APPLICATION OF METHODS OF STATE REGULATION OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY IN THE CONTEXT OF ACTIVATION OF INTEGRATION PROCESSES OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The issue of application of methods of state regulation of foreign economic activity in the context of intensification of integration processes of Ukraine was investigated.

The definition of "methods of state regulation of foreign economic activity" was described, which should be understood as ways of state influence, provided by law, represented by the legislative and executive bodies on foreign economic activity in order to create or ensure conditions for foreign economic activity in accordance with national economic policy.

It was found that administrative methods are a system of state rules, regulations, prohibitions, through which the country has a direct influence on the subjects of foreign economic activity, regulates their activities in the interests of society.

An analysis of economic methods of foreign economic activity as a way of influencing the state, in which the desired result of society is achieved through the economic interest of foreign economic activity (by both positive and negative incentives), was made.

It was proved that the systematization of methods of foreign economic activity from the standpoint of decision-making in public management of foreign economic processes and their expanded classification will allow more balanced and purposeful application of sets of methods, ensuring the effectiveness of mechanisms of public management of foreign economic activity.
