Abstract

The article describes the implementation of the task of forming an information
society in Ukraine, updates research in the field of systematization of the already
obtained results of creating the main elements of electronic government. The article
presents the main theoretical provisions of the formation of electronic government at the
local level. An overview of the main problems of informatization of local government
shall be made and measures for their elimination shall be proposed
